The Jofama webshop is owned and operated by Trendmark Jofama AB under the corporate identity number 556917-4153. (Hereafter referred to as we, ours, us). You must be at least 18 years old to shop and place orders from our webshop.
The conditions below apply to purchases from the Jofama webshop, at jofama.com, and its subpages. By ordering from our webshop, you agree to the terms and conditions between you and Trendmark Jofama AB.
At present we deliver to addresses in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
We reserve the right to final sales, inventory differences, technical problems, changes to specifications and any typographical errors on our site. We strive to ensure that our product images accurately depict our products to the greatest extent possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all images represent the precise appearance of the products. For example, we cannot guarantee that the proportions and colors shown on sebago.se are exact depictions of the proportions and colors of the garment in reality. Color reproductions may depend on your screen, graphics card and computer settings.
PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
All prices are in Euro (EUR), Swedish Krona (SEK), Danish Krone (DKK) and Norwegian Krone (NOK), including VAT. You can currently pay for your purchase through Klarna Checkout. For more information about Klarna, see their website www.klarna.com.
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We handle all orders in the order they are received. Your order will be delivered by Posten to your nearest partner outlet. You will ordinarily receive items 1-4 days after placing your order. Delivery may take longer at certain times, such as peak season or on Swedish red holidays. You will receive a text message when your parcel is available for pick-up.
Shipping is free of charge. Unclaimed parcels will be charged 10 EUR as reimbursement for shipping, handling and other overhead costs.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Of course we hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but if you change your mind, then according to the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, you have 14 days to return your purchase, valid from the day you received the product.
If you wish to return your item, use the form included with your parcel. All items are returned to our warehouse in Billdal and must be unused and packed in their original packaging with all tags or similar still attached to the garment. You pay the cost of returning the item (10 EUR / 90 SEK). Once we receive the item, you will receive your refund within 30 days. If you wish to exchange your item for something else, let us know and we will reserve it for you, reducing the risk of it running out of stock. Note that you as the customer are financially responsible for your return reaching us.
If you find something wrong with the product and wish to submit a complaint, contact us at [email protected] or +46 031-91 45 00 before you send the item back. This way, we can help you to the best of our ability. It is important that you print/have access to the order number and item number so that we can help you more easily. In the event that the product has a defect, we will also reimburse you for the cost of return shipping.
All personal information, such as name, address, phone number, e-mail address etc., submitted in connection with your order will primarily be used in order for us to carry out your purchase in the best possible way. Your information will not be given out to anyone other than the third party necessary for us to finalize your purchase and delivery.
All the information you give us or that we get when you visit our site will be handled responsibly and safely by Jofama / Ocean Works AB. The information will be used to enable us to fulfill our business responsibilities to you and for marketing purposes. We will not provide your personal data to a 3rd party for marketing purposes unless you agree to it. If the personal data is incorrect or irrelevant, you have the right to request that it is corrected or deleted. You also have the right to migrate your data, or to limit the use of your personal data.

When you sign up to our newsletter you agree to receive additional digital communication. To unsubscribe from our email list – please follow the instructions through the link at the bottom of our emails.
